How do I use Property Gateway if I am a Buyer Agent?
Property Gateway is available to Buyer Agents under a monthly ‘Software as a Service’ subscription model. A 14-day trial version is available for using the application, prior to registering for paid subscription.
How do I use Property Gateway if I am a Property Buyer?
Property Gateway is available to Property Buyers for free. You can engage the services of Buyer Agents who are using the platform and monitor the progress of your property aspirations. Please note that Buyer Agents will be charging fees for their services.
Does Property Gateway provide up to date Property Listings data from websites such as realesate.com.au and domain.com.au?
Currently, Property Gateway provides a limited service that is included with the subscription that captures Property Listing information specific to the requirements of the Buyer Agent. This information is kept up-to date by Property Gateway, enabling the Buyer Agent to focus on Property Buyer Relationships and Property Assessments. Listings are manually sourced from portal sites and tagged appropriately with links provided to review the listing from its source sites.
Are there any restrictions in the Trial version?
You can use the Trial version for 14 days to understand the end-to-end capabilities of Property Gateway and validate if it is suitable for your needs. The Trial version for Buyer Agents has some restrictions, limited to 3 client records, and limited to 10 property listings. All other functional feature
Does Property Gateway have a capability to upload Property Listings?
Yes, Property Gateway provides an Upload capability based on capturing the listing information in a defined template. The Upload feature only creates, or updates listings based on the existing information within Property Gateway.
How do I capture off market listing in Property Gateway?
Currently, off market listings information can be captured using the Upload Listing feature or manually entered in Property Gateway. However, in our future roadmap, we will have options to integrate listing information from Property Listing software directly into Property Gateway.
Does Property Gateway provide capabilities for Lead Generation and Sales Pipeline Management?
Currently, Property Gateway provides the capabilities to manage the operational and performance aspects of the end to end buying process. However, in future versions, Property Gateway will be integrated with CRM solutions that provide Lead Generation and Sales Management capabilities.
Is Property Gateway integrated to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software?
Currently, customer information can be captured using the Upload Customer feature or manually entered in Property Gateway. However, in our future roadmap, we will have options to integrate listing information from Property Listing software directly into Property Gateway.
Does Property Gateway provide surrounding information about a Property?
Yes, Property Gateway uses Google API and other data sources to provide Property Surrounding information based on geospatial coordinates.
Can I cancel my subscription and ask for a refund of my purchase?
If you are not completely satisfied with our platform services, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee. You can request the refund through [email protected]. You can only request a refund for within the first billing period. Please note that previous subscriptions cannot be refunded.
You can cancel the subscription at any time, billing will only apply to the period prior to the cancellation date.
